Return Policy

Please note that we will embroider your apparel at your own risk.

• There are no refunds of any kind on digitizing and set-up fees once the design is created and both parties have agreed upon the job.

• Designs created and not used are charged a $20 set-up fee.

• Proofs will be provided at the request of the customer.
• Items with custom embroidery are not returnable.

• Items that have been worn, used, or altered may not be returned or exchanged.

• Crocheted gifts are not returnable.
